Refund/Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange (or replace if your item is no longer available) including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the item following these conditions:

The Item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.

Postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for will also need to be covered at your expense.

The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.

Frankie and Lola reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
